MISSION STATEMENT: Ember Elevation Collective exists to empower and heal female military service members, veterans, and first responders through therapy, retreats, and community-driven support. We create spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and find belonging.​

We are committed to fostering meaningful relationships, providing accessible mental health support, and offering transformative experiences that cultivate resilience, self-discovery, and a profound sense of purpose and belonging. Through retreats, community engagement, and holistic wellness initiatives, we strive to ignite lasting change, ensuring every woman we serve feels seen, supported, and empowered to embrace her next chapter with confidence and strength.
